Database 에서 속성을 클릭했더니… 왠걸 아래와 같은 메세지가 발생 함께 실패하는 군요.

보통은 원래 있었던 DBO 로그인이 삭제되어서 발생 하는 문제라고 합니다.
해결방법은 간단하군요. Database의 Owner를 변경해 주시면 됩니다.

EXEC sp_changedbowner 'sa'
